2017 International Consortium of Fo Guan Shan University Presidents
In order to promote the morality education throughout academics in the world, Fo Guang Shan is moving forward and creating a platform for quality education. Fo Guang Shan hosted the 2017 International Forum of University Presidents debuted on November 3. These university presidents are from Europe, Asia, American and Australia with 16 countries and regions, and more than 40 well-known universities. They gathered together here for discussions on university governance, international exchange, religious spirit¸ development of universities, moral education, Buddhist thought, personnel training and many other issues. Its goal was to improve the academic status of Buddhist universities, exchange experience in Buddhist education, and to promote future development and cooperation.
